Kaylea Sites is a Middle Tennessee Realtor and Michigan native who relocated to Nashville in 2020 and quickly found her place in the community. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of finding a home that supports both your lifestyle and long term goals.

Before real estate, Kaylea built and led a successful entrepreneurial business that took her around the world, shaping her appreciation for different cultures and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Today, she combines that global perspective with a calm, client first approach, helping buyers and sellers navigate each step with confidence.

In addition to real estate, Kaylea is the Co Founder and Owner of Florence Hayes, The Keys Collective's sister company specializing in interior styling and home staging. Her eye for design and presentation gives clients valuable insight when preparing a home for sale or envisioning the potential of a new one.
