With backgrounds in photography and fashion, the studio approaches every project through light, composition, and thoughtful detail - creating interiors that feel collected rather than curated.
Their work spans interiors, styling, and creative direction, always grounded in craftsmanship, timeless sensibility, and the way spaces are truly lived in. Based in Middle Tennessee, Florence Hayes Studio works with clients locally and beyond, approaching each project as a collaboration that honors both the structure of a space and the story unfolding within it. The result is interiors that feel effortless, enduring, and deeply personal.
The Founders
Florence Hayes Studio is led by Kaylea Sites and Lea White.
Kaylea brings a structural eye shaped by years abroad and a foundation in photography, grounding each space in balance, proportion, and intention. Lea layers warmth through her love of art, vintage finds, and the quiet poetry of everyday living. Together, they create interiors that feel thoughtful, layered, and alive - spaces designed to evolve with the people who inhabit them.
