Meet Christina

Christina Pol is a licensed Realtor® serving buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee as part of the Keys Collective team in Franklin. As both a buyer’s agent and listing agent, she provides clear communication, strategic guidance, and detailed oversight throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Originally licensed in her home country, Australia, Christina brings an international perspective and a strong foundation shaped by early exposure to renovations and land development. She combines practical property insight with organized transaction management, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confidently represented from consultation to closing.

In addition to representing clients directly, Christina serves as Executive Assistant to team lead Ashley Exum, Transaction Coordinator, and Director of Operations for Keys Collective. In this role, she helps oversee the systems, transaction processes, and operational structure that support the team’s high standard of client service.

Christina works with buyers and sellers across Williamson County, Maury County, and the greater Middle Tennessee area. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, relocating families, or seasoned sellers, she is committed to thoughtful representation and professional guidance in every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Christina is actively involved in her local church and prayer house community. As a singer-songwriter, she values creativity and meaningful connection and enjoys any opportunity to be beachside.
