Raised in Michigan and now proudly rooted in East Tennessee, Brooke Payne brings a grounded, value driven approach to real estate shaped by years of hands on investing experience. After relocating to the region, Brooke fell in love with the mountains, the slower pace of life, and the deep sense of community. She has been building her life here ever since.

Brooke and her husband, Cameron, are raising their two young children, Malakai and Anthem, while actively investing in real estate for the past eight years. Their experience spans short term rentals, halfway homes, long term rentals, and extensive fix and flip projects. This gives Brooke a strong understanding of renovation strategy, after repair values, and, most importantly, how to identify real value that others might overlook.
