Raised in Michigan and now proudly rooted in East Tennessee, Brooke Payne brings a thoughtful, relationship driven approach to real estate that is backed by years of hands on investing and renovation experience. After relocating to the region, she quickly fell in love with the mountains, the slower pace of life, and the strong sense of community. She and her husband, Cameron, are now raising their two children, Malakai and Anthem, while continuing to invest in the place they proudly call home.

With nearly a decade of real estate investing experience, Brooke has developed a unique ability to recognize potential and help clients make confident decisions. From first homes and growing families to investment properties and forever homes, she helps buyers and sellers see opportunities others may overlook. Her understanding of renovations, property value, and long term investment gives her clients practical insight that extends well beyond the transaction.

The studio specializes in residential and commercial interior design, including custom homes, renovations, new construction selections, space planning, kitchens and bathrooms, furnishings, and finish selections. Every project is thoughtfully designed to reflect the people who use it while balancing beauty, comfort, and functionality.

As Designer and Co Owner of Fearless Coffee, Brooke helped bring the vision for the space to life, creating an inviting environment where people can gather, connect, and build community.

Brooke is also the Co Owner and Designer of Model City Taphouse, playing a key role in both the business and the design of the space. Located in downtown Johnson City, the taphouse reflects her passion for revitalizing local spaces and creating destinations that bring people together.
