Ashley Exum is a Franklin, Tennessee native with a deep-rooted understanding of the Middle Tennessee market. As a third-generation Tennessee Realtor and CEO of the Keys Collective, she is known for her integrity, commitment to excellence, and people-first approach to real estate.

Before real estate, Ashley lived abroad serving with organizations across Australia, Greater Europe, Asia, and North America. These experiences shaped her global perspective and the way she leads, with a strong emphasis on service, relationships, and thoughtful guidance throughout every transaction. Today, she operates her business under Compass, bringing both local expertise and the strength of a nationally recognized brand.

Ashley specializes in representing buyers and sellers across a wide range of needs, including first-time homebuyers, investors, out-of-state and international clients, land, and the luxury market. She approaches each transaction with a high level of care, clear communication, and strong advocacy, ensuring her clients feel confident and well-informed at every stage.
