Ashley Exum is a Franklin, Tennessee native, third generation Realtor, and Founder of The Keys Collective. With a deep understanding of the Middle Tennessee market, she is known for her integrity, strategic guidance, and genuine commitment to serving people well.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Ashley spent several years serving with organizations across Australia, Europe, Asia, and North America. Those experiences shaped her leadership, strengthened her passion for people, and continue to influence the way she serves every client with intentionality, compassion, and care.

Known for her thoughtful guidance, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication, Ashley is a trusted advocate for buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients alike.
